What do you need to know about attending a studio experience?
So, you are booked in and heading to their studio experience with Attitude Studios?
During your session, it is essential to act with the utmost professionalism. This is why it is important to follow all necessary studio etiquette.
To make the most of your time in the studio, we ask that everyone read through any information they are given and even read all the blogs we have available to you before attending a studio experience.
On Arrival
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time and take a seat in the waiting room. Someone from the studio will let you know when they are ready. Please avoid searching for a member of staff in case they are in the middle of a session. We do not want anyone interrupting another session.
Make sure your family, your child or yourself, depending on the type of shoot, are dressed and ready for their photographic session in the outfit you want them to be photographed wearing. Otherwise, this could reduce your allocated time.
Late Arrival
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If you are running later, please call the Attitude Studios team as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your booking, your session may need to be rescheduled or result in a shorter session. You may incur an additional booking fee if we need to reschedule your shoot.
Photographic Sitting
Depending on your session type the photographer, during your sitting, will aim to take as many photos as possible on a variety of backgrounds; until the session time is completed. Check your booking type to see how many outfits per sitting are allowed or recommended. For most shoots, you can only bring a maximum of 2 outfits per sitting. Please let the photographer know if you brought an additional outfit so that they can plan accordingly.
Viewing Session
After your shoot, you will have the opportunity to purchase additional photos. Please note if there is no studio assistant available for a viewing session, the studio will organise alternative measures.
Lastly, please allow an extra 15 to 30 minutes at the studio, not including your shoot time. Some waiting time is to be expected, so we appreciate your patience and kindness to our staff during this time.
On The Day
Studios have specific rules and etiquette that need to be followed.
No food or drinks are allowed in the studio or viewing rooms. To avoid this, please plan and make sure you aren’t hungry or thirsty on arrival.
If your shoot involves your child(ren), please keep them within reach to keep them safe from a potential tripping hazard and limit the possibility of damage to expensive equipment and props.
Keep noise levels to a minimum as a common courtesy to other sessions that may be in progress.
No photos or videos are permitted to be taken with any device, including mobile phones, during the photo viewing sessions.
Lastly, be sure to have fun on the day; after all, it is about just that. If you have any questions about the day, our staff are always willing to answer any questions.
