Terms & Conditions of Hire
Above all else, please respect other hirers & our staff by ensuring that you leave the studio exactly the way you found it. Clean & tidy, bin emptied, & any marks or scuff on the floor or cyclorama cleaned off. This is a condition of hire & you will be charged labour costs otherwise. Thank you for your cooperation.
The Hirer accepts full responsibility for any damages arising from the Hirer’s use of Attitude Studios’ premises, including but not limited to, personal injury & equipment damage. The Hirer will eb liable for any loss, breakage or damage causes to Attitude Studios’ equipment or fixtures & fittings & will be charged the full replacement costs of these items. Attitude Studios does not accept any liability for any monies held at the premises belonging to the Hirer or for any loss or damage to the equipment or personal effects of the Hirer’s associates.
Use of Premises
All care should be taken with any technical equipment owned by Attitude Studios including, but not limited to, all lighting & cameras. Only experienced photographers or assistants should work with this equipment. The Hirer is not to remove the light heads from the lighting supports due to potential damage.
Cleaning & Cyclorama
All areas used by the Hirer must be kept clean & tidy at all times. If studio needs to be cleaned to bring back to original condition, the Hirer will be charged a minimum $55+GST cleaning fee. The cyc is painted white & will be clean at the start of Hirer’s rental. After rental, the cyc must be in the same condition as it was before rental. To assist with this, the Hirer is welcome to use the cleaning products available in the studio. If the cyc needs to be pained by our staff to bring back to its original condition, the Hirer will be charged a $72+GST repainting fee.
Access & Security
It is the Hirer’s responsibility to ensure the studio is occupied at all times during use & is securely locked at all other times. Access in & out of the studio (& outside of studio hours) can be done remotely. Please contact Ronel 0411 585 955, Rosetta 0423 478 539 or Gavan 0411 181 818. If the hirer uses space that they did not hire they will be invoiced for it afterwards.
Full pre-payment is required. Payments by credit card will be charged upon booking.
Notification of cancellation must be received 48 hours prior to booking for full refund. No refund possible if less than 48 hours notice.
