To make your hiring experience as simple and easy as possible we have a suggested step-by-step booking process…

 

1)  View information about the studio and pricing by visiting the Studio Hire page.

 

2)  If you like what you see and have a hire date in mind, check studio availability via our Live Booking Schedule.

 

OR If you have some questions to ask or need any assistance, we encourage you to email Paul here. His goal is to reply to your email enquiry within the hour so why not put him to the test!  If he’s too slow off the mark, or you need the kind of personal touch that only a phone call can provide, he is also available on 1300 662 674. Don’t be shy!

 

3)  If the dates you’re interested in are available, you can make a tentative booking by emailing Paul.      He just needs to know…

i) your name & contact number

ii) the dates & period you are after (ie. “full day on 7^th Dec, 2008” or “half day from 9am on 12^th Dec, 2008”)

Your tentative booking will then soon appear on the Live Booking Schedule.

You can hold a tentative booking up until 7 days before your desired hire date.

 

4)  If / when you are ready to make a confirmed booking, please complete the Studio Booking Form and either fax or email it back to secure your spot.

 

That’s it!

 

We will then make contact to confirm your booking and cover any further details with you and your booking will become ‘Confirmed’ on the Live Booking Schedule.
